CMDI is a partner of the Professional Services division of Davox, a leading call center solutions provider. Projects have included browser based script development using Davox's LYRICall, Davox Client API and Davox Workstation API training, Davox Unison Application development, Year 2000 testing, and ODBC consultation for customers such as AT&T, First Union, Hartford, and many others.

Washington Township, Dauphin County
CM Domain designed a professional looking web site that is completely maintained by the Township. We developed a secure administration area that allows the Township to instantly update information on the web.

Pennsylvania Employee Benefit Trust Fund
The PEBTF hired CM Domain to redesign their existing web site. We developed an online administration area to allow users the ability to maintain the new web site. . In 2002, we completed the accessPEBTF tool which allows all PA state employees to login and verify their benefit eligibiltiy information and to check the status of some claims. We are currently working on other projects for PEBTF.

Upper Dauphin Area School District
CM Domain designed and developed a complete Intranet/Internet solution for the UDA school district. The internet is database driven and shows information, such as homework assignments and school events that the internal staff determines should be available to the general community. The Intranet site allows school personnel to track attendance, homework assignments,announcements and school events. Both sites are maintained by the UDA administrators and teachers.This site was one of 3 finalists in the 2001 Best of the Web Awards in the education category.

Developed an Active Directory security system for their client, Graham Packaging. It is Extranet based (over SSL) using tools such as ADS MMC snap-in, ASP, custom VB activeX dll.

SQL Task Management
Designed and developed a back-end data processing architecture that allows distribution of tasks across multiple MS SQL Server databases. This reduced report generation from 8 hours to 45 minutes. Technique published in Pinnacle's Microsoft SQL Server Professional.


Table Tennis Tournament System
Designed, developed and maintained a tournament control system used by USA Table Tennis (USATT) for every sanctioned table tennis tournament in the United States since 1995. Provided consultation and IT management for Table Tennis tournaments at the 1996 Olympic Games.

Engineering Refrigeration Selection Program
Designed, developed and maintained a computerized technical lookup manual for refrigeration engineers at FES, A Division of ThermoPower. Reduced pump selection process from a labor intensive 45 minutes to an automated 30 seconds.
